Refund & Returns Policy

At StarEnvelop Digital Solutions Limited, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase and service experience. Please review the following policy carefully before making a request for a refund or return.


1. General Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with a product or service, kindly contact us within 7 days of delivery or order confirmation.

All refund or return requests are subject to review and approval based on the conditions outlined in this policy.


2. Eligibility

a. Physical Products

Items must be:

  • Unused and in their original packaging

  • In the same condition as when received

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

b. Digital Products & Services

Due to the nature of our work, digital downloads, website design services, custom graphics, branding materials, and e-gifts are non-refundable once delivered or completed.

c. Direct Bank Transfers / Payments

Orders paid via bank transfer will be processed only after payment confirmation. Refunds apply only if the product or service cannot be delivered as agreed.


3. Refund & Return Process

To initiate a refund or return, please contact our support team at support@starenvelop.com or call +234 (0) 803-569-2659 with your Order Number and reason for the request.

Our team will review your case and provide further instructions.
If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


4. Exceptions

Refunds or returns will not be granted for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents

  • Services that are already rendered, customized, or partially completed

  • Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded
